Whether they’re 23 or 53, I’ve spent 20+ years helping them find their voice.
I help people shift how they see their own story. Not with slogans or shortcuts but with powerful questions, thoughtful frameworks, and deep listening.
I've spent 20+ years helping them find their voice in classrooms, boardrooms, and coaching sessions.
I help organisations develop the people everyone knows are talented. People who can’t quite explain why. I give them frameworks to name their strengths, prove their contributions, and speak with strategic confidence.
That’s what StoryShift solves.
As a teacher and school leader, I worked with people navigating transitions, building confidence, and learning to articulate their value. I saw how often capable people went unseen. They lacked language, rather than talent.
Whether it’s stepping into corporate life or moving into leadership, the challenge remains the same. So does the solution.
A Story Shift of Mine
The Transition
One of the most defining shifts in my story was the day I became an Australian citizen.
The Reinvention
It wasn't just a legal formality; it was a full-body reinvention. A shift in mind, spirit, and presence.
The Alignment
For the first time, who I was inside, the way I thought, felt, and saw the world now matched how I moved through it.
The Re-authoring
I had re-authored myself. And that story became the key to everything that followed.
But really, I've always lived in transition.
My Journey
Teacher
As a teacher, I taught stories.
Leader
As a leader, I helped others rewrite their stories.
Performer
As a performer, I understood how we wear roles that no longer fit.
Coach
And now, as a coach, I hold space for people to reclaim the story they were always meant to live.
